About the pattern
The headband is knitted in the round and folded at the middle for double thickness when completed. The fold is done at the row of YO´s, and the top Is sewn to the bottom. Pattern Is written In Metric (US/Imperial equivalents in parentheses) thus.

Approx 52-56 cm (20.5 - 22") circumference, worked with 2 - 7 cm (1 - 2") negative ease
 
Gauge
25 sts and 36 rows in 10 cm (4") stockinette sts
 
Needle suggestion
Circular needle: 3 mm (US 2.5) - 40 cm (16")

Du store Alpakka – Sterk (50g = 137m), or any other yarn with the same gauge
