About the pattern
The headband is knitted in the round and folded in the middle for double thickness when completed. The fold is done at the row of YO's, and the top is sewn to the bottom. Pattern Is written In Metric (US/Imperial equivalents in parentheses) thus.
 
Size
Approx 52-56 cm (20.5 - 22") circumference, worked with 2 - 7 cm (1 - 2") negative ease
 
Gauge
25 sts and 36 rows in 10 cm (4") stockinette sts
 
Needle suggestion
Circular needle: 3 mm (US 2.5) - 40 cm (16")

Du store Alpakka – Strong (50g = 137m), or any other yarn with the same gauge
